Our story

We got tired of patients having to connect the dots themselves.

So we built a practice where the connecting is done for you — one team, one record, one plan you can actually read.

How it began

A practice shaped around the hard parts of care

Health Balance Harmony grew out of a simple frustration: patients arriving with a shoebox of results, none of them speaking to each other. A cardiologist who had never seen the dental chart. A dietitian adjusting a plan without knowing the medications. An insurer letter nobody had time to decode.

We decided to make those gaps impossible. Clinicians here share one record, meet over complex cases, and are expected to ask the unfashionable question — what else is going on with this person?

Balance is not a mood, it is maintenance. That is why every plan we write includes a review date, someone's name beside each action, and a plain-language summary you can keep on the fridge.

Our mission

To give every patient unhurried, joined-up care that treats the whole person — body, mouth, mind and budget — and to explain every decision in language that survives the walk to the car.

Our vision

A community where nobody has to choose between their teeth, their heart and their bank balance — where prevention is the default and fragmentation is the exception we keep repairing.

What we hold to

Five values we can be measured against

Not posters on a wall — each one changes what we do on an ordinary Tuesday.

Honesty about uncertainty

When we do not know yet, we say so, and we say what will help us find out.

Consent and comfort

Nothing happens without your agreement, and “let's pause” is always an acceptable answer.

Care that is affordable

Costs are discussed up front, staged where safe, and never sprung on you afterwards.

Small steps over slogans

A change you keep beats a plan you abandon. We start with what is realistic this week.

Everyone is a specialist here

Reception, nursing, dentistry and admin all have authority to escalate a concern.

We follow up

Results, referrals and medication changes are chased until someone has closed the loop with you.

How care works

Your journey with us, step by step

Four stages, no mystery in any of them.

Reach out

A call, a form or a walk-in question. We book the right clinician and check your insurance at the same time.

Be heard

A long first consultation. History, examination and only the tests that will change the plan.

Get a written plan

Clear actions, who owns each one, and a review date you did not have to chase.

Keep it working

Reviews, refills, dental and prevention reminders — adjusted as life changes.

The people

Clinicians who read each other's notes

A deliberately small senior team, so you see the same faces and nobody starts your story from scratch.

Dr Elena Marsh

Clinical Lead · Family Medicine

Leads our general healthcare and prevention programme, and chairs the weekly case review where the whole team discusses complicated patients together.

Dr Daniel Aoki

Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry

Believes dentistry is medicine with better lighting; specialises in anxious patients, gum disease and bite-related jaw pain.

Nadia Rowe

Registered Dietitian

Runs our nutrition and weight-loss clinics, with a focus on blood sugar, gut symptoms and eating that survives real households.

Dr Omar Haddad

Joint, Bone & Rehabilitation

Rehab-minded clinician for arthritis, tendon problems and post-injury return to activity; writes plans people can do at home.

Dr Priya Venkat

Cardio & Metabolic Health

Looks after blood pressure, cholesterol and cardiac rehabilitation, and loves a ten-year risk conversation nobody else had time for.

Tomás Silva

Care & Insurance Navigator

Your named contact for scheduling, referrals, pre-authorisations and the insurance conversations most practices leave to voicemail.

Beyond the clinic

Health does not stop at the door

Our work continues in the community around us: free blood-pressure checks at local markets, school sessions on sleep and screens, and dental triage days for people who have been without care for a long time.

We also keep our own house in order — printed materials are reused, clinics run on renewable tariffs, and we report on the waste we could not avoid instead of pretending it is not there.

  • Interpreters available on request, at no charge
  • Step-free access and a quiet waiting area
  • Telehealth when travel is the barrier to care

Community clinics

Regular screening days hosted where people already gather.

Care access fund

Discreet support for patients between plans or in crisis.

Teaching practice

We host students who learn that listening is a clinical skill.

Lower-footprint care

Single-use only when safety demands it, shared records always.

Come and be known

The first step is a conversation, not a questionnaire.

Tell us what has been niggling you. We will find the right clinician, check your cover, and give you a time that fits your week.
